My hair color is a ark blond almost brown. I was thinking about adding color too it. Since it's the winter would it be weird to get highlights? I don't think i'm going to change my whole hair color but just highlights or lowlights. Which one and what color? i have blue eyes and a little pale. I have blond almost brown hair. Highlights?Lowlights?
I would go with highlights. I have dark blond hair and fair skin also and I just got blond highlights a couple of shades lighter than my natural hair color. They came out really pretty and I don't think it's weird to get highlights just because it's winter.
