I have black hair and i want to have peekaboo highlights but blonde on bottom black on top?

how do i get blonde hair...


with a house hold product with out tottaly burning my hair and

Peroxide would probably work...but that's a hard look to get at home....you'd be better off going to a salon.

go to the store and buy a hair dying kit. dont use hydrogen proxide or bleach. bleach is wayyyy too strong to use like that on your hair and it would damage it even more than the regular dye would. you could just go to a salon though.
Go to a beautician, before you end up bald headed. Why do you need a two toned head? I bet you have beautiful why mess it up?
