Can i get highlights after just dying my hair last week?

i just box dyed my hair a medium goldish brown (its too dark and reddish for my liking), and i want highlights again...can i just use the box highlighting kit ive always used before? or should i wait?Can i get highlights after just dying my hair last week?
yeah you can. but its just that if you dye your hair a lot in short periods of time it becomes fried.Can i get highlights after just dying my hair last week?
I have never had luck with that! You don't actually have to wait since you use box dye it will get fried no matter when you use it!!!
