In the past 6 months I've had my hair colored and highlighted at a salon. This month I have used Color Oops to take the color out of my hair, which pretty well worked. Recently I have highlighted my hair and was wondering if I could use color over over my highlights? Reason for this is that I think it's too light and I want it to be darker.Color over highlighted hair?
