Hair Highlighting?

OKay so my cousin whants me to put Pink streaks in her hair ( she has blonde hair). And i went to sally's website and one of those kits with the caps is like $4. How would i go about doing the pink streaks? Also does anyone know a good pink hairdye that eill stay in a lond time. ThanksHair Highlighting?
At sally's you also can get pink die, although it will fade, if she is a natural blonde. If she dies her hair blonde it will last longer, but still fade. Cap highlights you just have to watch the roots, try to get as close as you can.Hair Highlighting?
the cap has holes in it. you will use the needle (it should come with it) to pull the hair out of the cap from the holes. just go thru the hole each time once, I dont know about pink. You kids are coloring your hair differnt now days. lol
