I have naturally dark brown hair,
and want to dye my hair blonde underneath it so you can only see the colour when I tie it up. It would be near the nape of my neck.
Should I do this in streaks or a chunk,
and if streaks how many?Peek-a-boo hair highlights?
i would go with streaks.. it depends how many.. but if you are going to use bleach just be careful cause it damages your hair even with chlorine or when you straighten it. Peek-a-boo hair highlights?
most people just bleached all the underneath section of hair blonde, and it looks really cute :)
