IF U GET HIGHLIGHTS BY BLEACHING YOUR HAIR WILL IT DAMAGE THE HAIR?

if u wanna get highlights but by bleaching it not color will it damage your hairIF U GET HIGHLIGHTS BY BLEACHING YOUR HAIR WILL IT DAMAGE THE HAIR?
It will definitely do some degree of damage. It strips your hair pigment and the natural oils that your hair produces, so you have to really take extra care of your hair while it is highlighted.

I have been highlighting my hair for about 5 years now, and for the first couple of years I was bad about not taking proper care of it.

Some ways you can minimize the damage are to make sure you condition, condition, condition it! Try to air dry it as much as possible or if you have to blow dry it, do so at a lower temp. If you use heat styling tools, always use some type of heat protectant on your hair beforehand, and to keep it looking shiny, use a silicone based serum with no alcohol (limited the use of any product with alcohol for that matter). If you do all of this, you will definitely cut down on the damage and make the highlights last longer.IF U GET HIGHLIGHTS BY BLEACHING YOUR HAIR WILL IT DAMAGE THE HAIR?
Bleaching ALWAYS puts some damage into the hair. The extent of damage depends on how long you leave the bleach in the hair. If you are only trying to lighten your highlights a *little bit* (and not trying to make, say, black hair turn very light blonde!), you will not have too too much damage. A good thing to do is buy clear cellophane to put into your hair after you highlight or bleach it. The cellophane is like putting a clear coat of protective gloss over each hair strand. It strengthens the hair (at least temporarily) and will leave it feeling and looking healthy after lightening the hair. It's almost like putting a thin layer of saran wrap on each individual hair strand, think of it that way. The cellophane wears off about 6 weeks later and has to be re-done. But it will keep slightly damaged highlighted hair from feeling or looking like straw.

Bleach puts a big hurtin on hair, definitely. The longer it's on, the worse it is.
by bleaching your hair you remove the pigment from it so naturally there will be some damage, but if you buy a product specifically designed for bleaching hair and follow the instructions as well as maintaining it afterwards it should be fine
Yes, Extremely, But if you take care of it and don't go platinum blonde, They won't turn out frizzy dry mess... But the upside of Bleached highlights, They won't fade.
not really.

sometimes your hair can go a little like straw,

but its nothing really.
