If you are getting your hair done in a salon, they are using the cheap tint on your hair. If you are paying a lot of money I would change hair stylists. Beauty schools do that too unless you ask for some thing more permant then you will be paying more. Good Luck!I keep getting my hair highlighted, but it fades so quickly...like within 3 weeks?
